Summary Information

Fully integrated, project-based drama training at a secluded rural centre.
Residential course for 50 or more amateur theatre enthusiasts.
Tutors : professional theatre practitioners - actors, directors, teachers, musicians, writers or other specialists.

No experience or particular aptitudes required ; no set lower age limit.
History dates back to the 1920s ; formerly run by British Theatre Association.
Not-for-profit collaborative school for English-speaking theatrical enthusiasts throughout the EU but open to all comers.

The European Theatre Summer School or "Munsbach", as it is still known, named after the Château in Luxembourg that was its home from 1989 to 2003, is supported by the New World Theatre Club of Luxembourg.
